Points to Consider

  • We ship to many countries if you are willing to pay the very high shipping costs. If you are located outside the USA, please contact us for more information – be sure to supply your shipping address.
  • We manufacture your bags to your order. It may take up to 14 days, after you pay for your order, to manufacture your bags and ship them. Please plan accordingly.

    We can also accept your credit card using our secure online system through If you wish, you may fax your credit card account information to 1-469-298-3514 or phone us at 1-469-298-3558.
  • We will advise you by e-mail when your order is shipped and will supply tracking numbers at that time.
  • Our minimum order is one of the items in our store. Thus, our minimum order ranges from 1,000 to 1,200 bags, depending upon the type of bag.
  • We will ship to the address supplied with your order. Please do not ask us to change your shipping address later.
  • Deliveries to all residential addresses and addresses without a company name will be left outside your door. Unicorn Imp & Mfg Corp will not be responsible for Fedex packages left at the door, if no person comes to receive the packages.
  • Our shipping charges vary by the size of your order and are as low as we can make them. You will be advised of shipping charges when you check out your purchase. We will ship the best way available.
  • Cancelling an order: You may cancel your order within 3 days with a service charge of $20. We cannot cancel your order after 3 days.
  • Changing an order: You may change your order within 3 days with a service charge of $10.  We cannot change your order after 3 days.
  • We will accept returns only with prior approval and only if we made an error with your order or if there is a manufacturing defect with your bags. All return shipments must be freight prepaid.
