Guidelines and Information for Payments, Deliveries, Order Changes, and Returns

Our minimum order ranges from 1,000 to 1,200 per bag type, depending on the type of mushroom bag.
We ship to many countries. Please note that shipping costs can be very high in certain countries.
If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us for more information. Be sure to supply your shipping address, so we can serve you better.
Bags are manufactured to order; therefore, it may take up to 14 days after you pay for your order to manufacture your bags and ship them. Please plan accordingly.
Our shipping charges vary by the size of your order. We strive to make costs as low as possible. You will be advised of shipping charges when you check out for your purchase. We choose the most cost-effective shipping available for you.
We will advise you by e-mail when your order is shipped. We supply tracking numbers at that time.
We will ship to the address supplied with your order. Please do not ask us to change your shipping address later.
Before we can ship to you, we must have a signed copy of your Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01-339).

Deliveries to all residential addresses and addresses without a company name will be left outside your door. Unicorn Imp. & Mfg. Corp. will not be held responsible for Fedex packages left at the door, if no one comes to receive the packages.
Changes and Cancellations
You may cancel your order within three days with a service charge of $20. We cannot cancel your order after three days.
You may change your order within three days with a service charge of $10. We cannot change your order after three days.
We will accept returns only with prior approval and only if we made an error with your order or if there is a manufacturing defect with your bags. All return shipments must be freight prepaid.
